CONNECT
Once we receive your design inquiry, we will get in touch to discuss our breakdown of process and pricing. We will then e-mail a follow up acknowledgment outlining what was discussed and re-iterating our process. At this time, we will send our questionnaire to be filled out and have you provide any inspirational photos.
COLLECT
We will then meet at our showroom, or your home, for a 30 minute complimentary consultation. We will go over your questionnaire, inspirational photos. This is where we learn about your wants and needs, what works within your space and what doesn’t. At the end of our meeting, we will provide a contract with estimated hours and everything included.
PRELIMINARY
After signing the contract, 50% of the invoice for the design hours is due. We will schedule a site visit to take measurements of the space or, if a New-Build, request a Real Property Report (RPR).
We will then send you the concept board and begin working on selections and drawings. You can then decide if you would like R.S.V.P. design to provide the products and materials for your project as well. Once the preliminary drawings are completed, we will have another meeting in the showroom to display selections and go over the drawings (and millwork if included). From here, we will take your feedback and make any necessary changes.
Progress update: Discuss where we are at with hours and discuss if any additional hours are necessary.
DEVELOPMENT
Here we will take your feedback and start to develop the vision in a final working drawings package, unique to your project. We will create digital renderings to bring your project to life. At this time, the remaining 50% for design hours is due. Once the balance has been paid, we will send you the full design package: working drawings, millwork drawings, selections list, 3D renderings, etc.
If you chose to order products and materials through us, depending on timeline, this is when we will order the products and the 50% deposit is due.
SUPPORT
Our process does not end there. We are with you every step of the construction process to ensure specific products are being delivered and installed properly. And beyond, with any warranty concerns.
