A concept board is made to express the overall idea for the design and space. We will utilize your inspirational photos, and products/materials we believe fit your overall vision to create the concept board. This will be your first preview of your new space.

FULL CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
We provide a full set construction drawings for both renovation and new construction projects, residential and commercial. These drawings are a part of the information prepared by the design team in order to provide important instructions regarding the proposed building and how it is to be constructed. We provide demolition plans, proposed floorplans, electrical plans, millwork elevations, site plans, exterior elevations, window and wall details (all based per project).
Supply of Windows
We supply and install Loewen, Everlast, Kohltech and Velux windows. We provide complimentary estimates for all window packages. From PVC windows to residential/commercial curtainwalls and luxury wood clad windows.
WINDOW TREATMENTS AND DRAPERY
We customize window treatments from motorized blinds to vertical drapery in all custom fabrics and styles.
SELECTIONS and supply of products/materials
We provide an extensive, organized selections list of products and materials used for your project. We choose selections based off the overall vision but also with the sustainability of the products and materials in mind. We collaborate with our trusted partners to guarantee we are providing the most accurate products for your project.
CUSTOM MILLWORK
We design and create fine woodwork, working directly with AT-Tech Custom Woodworking. Customized to each of our clients, but not limited by style, whether it be modern or traditional woodwork. By getting to know each of our clients, we learn our customers individual needs and create one of a kind pieces.
3D RENDERINGS
3D rendering is the process of creating a photorealistic 2D image from 3D models. This is the final step in the process of 3D visualization, which involves creating models of objects using space planning, texturing those objects using specified material and product selections, and adding lighting to the scene. Thanks to new texturing and lighting capabilities, that 2D image may be indistinguishable from a real photograph.
